Guest Terms

Official Rules

• No Purchase Required.
• Pass Is Non-transferrable.
• Married Couples Only Traveling Together, Must be 28 years of Age Or Older.
• Guest Pass does not include gratuities, our Guest are free to provide them or not and to whom he/she desires in our staff.
• Prizes may include 2 minors under 12 years of age free with 2 adults. No four adults in one suite.
• Guest reservations are confirmed only by a precise number on our form issued by Lighthouse Point Estates.
• Reservations are confirmed as space is available only. Make your reservation as far ahead as possible.
• Guest receive complimentary welcome cocktails and special Mexican Fiesta.
• When checking in Guest must present their confirmed Pass and personal identification; credit card and picture id.
• When making reservations please fill in your credit card number, if you fail to show at the resort one night will only be charged your to a credit card.
• Simply give us at least 14 days prior to arrival date and there will be no chagre on your card.
• Both husband & wife or the adults traveling together, must attend the Beach & Lighthouse Point Estates Tour.
• Guest are required to comply with the rules and operating policies of the resort.
